Nannette began her career with Fidelity National Title in 2007 as an Escrow Assistant where she assisted a high producing Escrow Officer. Following the merger with Alamo Title in 2011, she spent much of her professional journey proudly representing the Alamo Title brand. As of June 2026, she has returned to Fidelity National Title and is excited to continue serving her clients and business partners under the Fidelity name.
In 2012, she advanced to the role of Escrow Officer, bringing with her the qualities she admired most in her mentors; dedication, integrity, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to excellence. Her business grew rapidly, and within three years she became one of the top producers within the Fidelity National Financial (FNF) family of companies.
Throughout her career, she has successfully closed commercial and residential transactions ranging from $5,000 to over $60 million. Consistency has defined her success, as she ranked among the top 10% of producers within the company for ten consecutive years, including multiple years in the top 5% and one year in the top 2%.
